Superbowl Sunday

Today was Superbowl Sunday! I don't honestly think I could tell you who played or who won (considering I slept through the first half) but I was just excited for a excuse to have a get together with friends.



The best part about the day would be accomplishing some VERY cute pigtails in Irey's hair. As a mom and a stylist I am very proud of the things we are able to do with it. It's opened a whole new world of fun for me. Of course, secretly, Brandon loves it too. He was a great assistant to holding Irey down (she wanted to help comb her hair). Brandon is such a guys kind of guy, but when it comes to his girls he has no trouble letting us know that her "piglets" as he calls them, are CUTE! He is a great girl dad, we will be sure to get some more of those!




Typically every year my parents have a fun superbowl party but they ditched out and went to their St. George house. That didn't stop us, we just had the party with out them at there house. Love you mom! It was a lot of fun. We had some Caldwells, Tuckers, and my little bro and sis join the fun and it made for a real great ol' time. Not so fun when the guys kicked our trash in Catch Phrase, but we have played with them a million times and they have lost so they had ONE coming. They were really proud but a million to one is not that great!



So even though I had no idea what was going on game wise (just know Brandon's team won?) it was a great excuse to have some fun, play games, and eat some yummy pizza (that we bought Saturday night haha).
