7 Months and a New Attitude

Who wouldn't want to wake up in the morning and have this be the first thing you see? Obviously this girl melts my heart. Irey is the goofiest most animated child I have ever known. She loves her crib too. I will hear her wake up in the morning and she just lays there and talks to the lady bugs on her bumper pads until I come get her. She is, like i said, a goofball.
Aunt Jamie always says Irey has the best smile, and I couldn't agree more!
We have moved on from the duck tub. It was a sad moment, I think mostly for Brandon (he really liked the duck) but we have graduated to the Bumbo. I love that thing!

When we went to Irelyn's check up the doc said we would start seeing more attitude, I think he jinxed me because the next week I started seeing a different side to Irey. She will be all cute, happy, and smiling one second, then the next she is having a melt down because you did something she didn't like, like putting her in her car seat.

This girl knows just what she wants at all times, and she wont hesitate to let you know too.

Yes, sometimes she can be a temperamental little miss, but for the most part she is pretty sweet and all you can remember is her goofy smile.

She is a girl right to the core. She already loves dolls and SHOES. Her shoes are her best toy, she loves them.

The stubborn little thing does not want to crawl she wants to walk. She is much happier standing against furniture then sitting or laying. As stated before, she KNOWS what she wants.

This little princess is very spoiled, knowing this, I still cant help it. Every time we go into the salon, Sydney (one of her biggest fans), gives her a little mani. I don't know how she gets her to hold still but her nails always look so cute!
Another part of being spoiled is of course having your own Christmas tree. I couldn't help it. I really want her to grasp the Christmas spirit!
So far she is loving the idea of Christmas. She loves Loves LOVES the Christmas tree. I sit her in front of it or under it and she is as happy as can be.

One of Irey's funny things she does is she will play and play until she cant hold her head up any more and then she will lay down, folded in half, and rest for a while till she has saves up enough energy to play some more. Yea, she is a weirdo, but a cute one.These past 7 months have come and gone so fast. It makes me sad to think how fast they actually went by. She is getting bigger by the day and learning so many things. She amazes me all the time. Since she was born she seemed so wise and mature. She has always been a strong willed baby but has a sweet temperament also. She is such a firecracker!
