and MORE Birthdays...

It's like the song that never ends....

Birthdays for May
 Mr. Cooper man turned ONE!

Such a cute little guy. He is a mama's boy but always has a smile and is happy to just sit and hang, as long as mom is in eye sight, haha. He is a chill dude and we love our little Cooper man!

Papa Brent!
My "other dad" (he doesn't like the term in-law) Brent turned the big 50!

Which is no big deal for him since he is in great shape, has cute grandkids (your welcome), and he had a lot of people come to his birthday bash and tell him how awesome he is, so I am sure 50 was no sweat for him at all ;-)

He is a awesome grandpa, dad, husband, brother, and son. He will seriously do anything for anyone, even if he has to go out of his way to do it. He has some serious skills with cars which as saved us a LOT of money, so naturally I adore him for that! I am thankful for this guy because he molded my better half into the man he is today. He has loved me like a daughter and treated me with kindness and respect. I am happy to call him dad, he is well deserving of the title!

Kim
She and I have become fast friends since I moved into the neighborhood. I have never had a friend like Kim (with the exception of my sisters). She turned the big 30!

She will drop everything, do anything for you. Sometimes she even offers to help you before you realize you needed help! She is someone to vent to, laugh with, cry with, and endure crazy kids with. She is easy going and easy to love! If more people were like Kim, we would all have a friend we could count on and trust no matter what. She has just shown up at the times I have needed someone the most. I will love her forever for the friendship she has given me, she might as well be another sister;-)

Jackie
yes, Jackie is my mother but I mostly call her Jackie. Why? I don't know, it's like a term of endearment I guess. But probably because she would never answer when you say MOM so Jackie became the quicker way of communicating! Either way, she is the woman that birthed me and four others and she doesn't even have the hips or stretch marks to show for it! Why didn't I get those genes? Life just isn't fair.

My mom is a wonderful woman with many talents. She doesn't sew but she can cook, but would rather not. She doesnt can anything and she is not your typical LDS lady, and for that I love her! She taught me that people are different and we should love them all the same, for that I love her more. She has a gift of making anything look beautiful. She is THE most non-judgmental and forgiving woman I have ever met. She is there when you need her most and knows just what you need when you need it. I have known her my whole life and she is still surprising me. If you get her hyper (which is extremely rare) she is the funniest person ever! She has pretty thick skin because we have relentlessly been teasing her since as long as I can remember and she just blows us off and mostly just tells us we are "such dorks", which is true.

Easton
Easton turned 8! His baptism is around the corner.

Easton has been my little pal since day one. He spent many night sleeping in my bed as a baby and practically lived with us for a time. Easton is an "old soul" he is kind and caring, a super little ball player, and a awesome big brother. I love my sweet Easton boy.

Devin

Ah Dev, the master of nick-names. He never fails to give me a good laugh. He was never to cool to watch the Bachelor with Ams and I, gosh I miss those days. He is the guy you wanna call if you need a reliable review on a movie. He has and odd sense of humor that you just end up loving and the littlest hint at Dev's inside joke can have you rolling. He has amazing landscaping skills, he makes some delicious scones that you would gladly gain 10lbs for, he has just as awesome skills with the BBQ. He will always have my respect because he is a great dad to Easton and has never treated him like a step-son. He is a great husband and father and I am glad he is a part of our family because Dev is just the kind of guy we need.

Just wait... July as about as many birthdays as the first half of the year combined! Time to get out my party hat!
