Independence Day

This fourth of July was the first for Brandon in 3 years. He has been living out of the Country for the past 3 years, in Spain on a mission and Puerto Rico selling security systems. So he was feeling EXTREMELY patriotic this year. He was so excited for it, he just kept saying all day, I am so glad I am American!

We started off our morning going to breakfast with the family, then we headed over to the Jensen's house to help Amy with the baby and admire her beautiful nursery! Irelyn and Gracie kept each other company in Gracie's crib.
After hangin' out with the Jensen's we went to Walle with Hunter and Jamie. Such a cute movie. Irey was all tuckered out and missed her own crib so she hung out while i snapped a million pictures of her in her 4th outfit:)
Then we went to my moms house and had a BBQ. We are holding our fists up in this picture because Irey ALWAYS has her fists up(she is a boxer).Brandon and I took a ride on his new wheels... That's right, she is a beauty! I really feel like i am in the Dumb and Dumber movie on this thing (because i am on the back i guess i can assume the position of dumber). None the less it's a fun ride and Brandon LOVES it.

While Brandon and i were on our little joy ride, my sister was "watching" my baby. A baby in a mailbox? You are funny Jen, but also committing a federal offence.

While the men did the fireworks show us gals ducked and covered with the babies and kids. Lets just say Papa Mark puts on quite the (illegal) firework show and we have had our share of explosions and malfunctioning fireworks. But over all it was a great Independence Day. I am glad I live in this wonderful country (even if Obama becomes president).
