Day #8

Day 8 – A song to match your mood.
 I wish I had my sister Jenessa's gift for knowing music. You tell her any song from our dad's days  to now and she will probably know it, song title, artist, lyrics... everything! Me... I can barley tell you the names of my favorite artist who sing the songs I like... I can't even tell you the name of the songs I like... I can only remember a line or two at best of the songs I like. I LOVE music... I just suck at remembering it!

SO this day was a challenge for me, thank goodness for Google! It helps me every day!


So tonight I am cleaning my house and baking, getting ready for a party tomorrow night at my house. Whenever I bake or clean I get really lost in thought about RANDOM things... But tonights random thought led me to thinking about my husband and how good he is to me and I was thinking about how excited I am for two little girls and how grateful I am for these three people in my life...
So my song choices are as follows...

I love the truth to this song because I DO ALREADY feel like I miss every stage that we have passed. I was telling my mom today how much I miss my little one year old Irey. Every moment, good and bad, has been such a blessing and I love where I am at now but I will always miss my little baby when she was a baby! So I guess, don't take those little ones for granted... even when they are being stinkers;)

I just love this whole song! I remember telling my mom that I was going to marry Brandon. That I was just SO sure, even though I only knew him a week. My mom laughed and once she met him, even though she really liked him, she kept asking me, "So he is it?!" I remember telling her that he was more then I deserved. This song just reminds me of that time and how good it feels to know that I made the best choice of my life, not only for me but for my kids, to marry Brandon.


So I guess to sum up my mood, through songs, I am feeling very lucky to have my family.
I must have got a fresh batch of good pregnancy hormones or something ;)
